Our purpose is to provide a positive, fun learning atmosphere for all of our students. Our dancers are friends, both in and out of the classroom. We strive to instill a sense of belonging, school spirit and confidence in each and every Rince na Chroi student.
Siobhan George
Owner & Director
Siobhan George has been dancing since age 4, starting off with the Trinity Academy of Irish Dance in Milwaukee and then receiving most of her training from Anam Mor. She has had the opportunity to compete and perform all over the world. She has been with Rince na Chroi since 2010 starting as a dancer and was added as a staff member in 2011.

She has had the opportunity to compete and perform all over the world. She has been with Rince na Chroi since 2010 starting as a dancer and then quickly adding to the staff in 2011. Siobhan has been the lead choreographer for the advanced program for many years and oversees all other choreography.
Siobhan is a Realtor with Edina Realty at the 50th and France office. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband Derwin, their son DJ and their dog Lola. They love their family time while walking around and soaking in their neighborhood or just enjoying their backyard. You can find them taking a walk to the local bakery and coffee shop almost every weekend when Siobhan isn’t running a dance show and Derwin isn’t having basketball practice or tournaments!
Siobhan worked under Katie for many years and was lucky enough to be Katie’s Assistant Director and “go to gal” during that time. The lessons in both life and business over a decade have given Siobhan the strength and knowledge to take over the school when Katie sadly left us in January 2023.
Siobhan has had a passion for Irish Dance since the day she was born with her Irish family and long history with dance. Ever since she began dancing, Irish dance took a huge part of Siobhan’s heart and she is so excited to be able to share her passion and love for Irish Dance with the Rince na Chroi staff and dancers for many, many years to come!
Lillie McAdams
Director of Intermediate Program
Lillie danced her entire career at Rince na Chroi from 2004-2020. She has been with Rince na Chroi since their first beginner class opened. In addition to her role as Intermediate Program Director, Lillie is our Dance Camp Director and Costume Coordinator.
Megan Considine
Director of Advanced Beginner Program
Megan started dancing in 2002 and spent most of her dance career with Rince na Chroi. She joined the teaching staff in the fall of 2021 and teaches on Sundays and Tuesdays. Megan is our Advanced Beginner Director and Class Parent Coordinator.
Maddie Espy
Director of Beginner Program
Maddie started dancing in 2005 and spent 10 years dancing with Rince na Chroi. Maddie joined the staff and began teaching in fall of 2021. Maddie teaches on Sundays and Wednesdays. On top of being our Beginner Program Director, Maddie is also our Wig Coordinator.
Steph Hawks
Senior Instructor
Steph started dancing at the age of 4 and later joined Rince na Chroi when its doors opened in 2003. She performed with many talented musicians over the years.
Therese Corniea

Jaden Cusick
Instructor
Jaden started dancing at Rince na Chroi in 2006 and left for school 2018. She is very excited to return to Rince na Chroi as an instructor and to be teaching again.
Sophie Ford
Instructor
Sophie has been with Rince na Chroi since 2022, and is excited to be teaching on Sundays and Wednesdays this year. She graduated from Concordia St Paul in 2025, and currently is the 3rd grade teacher at Crown Christian School.
Maryn McCormack
Instructor
Maryn has been dancing with Rince na Chroi since fall 2016. She joined the teaching staff in 2023 and now teaches on Sundays and Tuesdays. Outside of dance, Maryn is a freshman at the University of Minnesota, where she majors in French.
Clara Thompson
Assistant Instructor
Clara has been a dancer at Rince na Chroi since the fall of 2015. Clara is a student at the University of Minnesota.
